A Visit from Fairfax County Planning & Zoning

We were thrilled to have Fairfax County Historic Preservation Planner Linda Blank and Historian Laurie Turkawski visit with us this morning. With Archaeologist Aimee Wells leading the way, we toured the Enyedi house and property, talked maps (because we love to talk maps,) and looked under the tarps on the Morris Pound lot [Lot 18.]

We are the County Archaeological Research Team, part of the Archaeology and Collections Branch, Resource Management Division, Fairfax County Park Authority. We are tasked with understanding and managing the cultural resources on Park land throughout Fairfax County.
